Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3003a(e), the

following sum is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Virgin Islands Bureau 
3 
of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Public Works for the operating expenses for the fiscal 
4 
year October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
