MAN ARRESTED FOR GRAND LARCENY 
 
St. Thomas, USVI-On Friday, December 1, 2023, at approximately., Mr. St.  12:20 p.m. 
Rasheen St. Juste a black 45-year-old male, was placed under arrest and charged with grand 
larceny. St. Juste was identified by his wife as the individual who stole her laptop, iPad and 
other belongings from R2R Lounge, a business that is owned by the couple.  
The victim stated that when Mr. St. Juste removed the items, he concealed them by placing 
them inside of his pants and covered them with his shirt. The victim stated that she 
captured Mr. St. Juste committing said act on her surveillance camera.  
Mr. St. Juste was placed under arrest pending his Advise of Rights Hearing on Monday, 
December 4, 2023.
