Code, the following assessment is made to Tibbar Energy USVI, LLC:

and Interconnection of Renewable Energy Project

with the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority



Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are

to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be

maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public

Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
