A BILL 
To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to lease certain 
lands in Virgin Islands National Park, and for other 
purposes. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 
2
SECTION 1. LEASE AUTHORIZED.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, after the 
4
retained use estate at Virgin Islands National Park on the 
5
date of the enactment of this Act has been terminated and 
6
the improvements on such lands have been donated to the 
7
United States, the Secretary of the Interior may enter into 
8
a lease with the person holding the retained use estate 
9
on the date of the enactment of this Act for the use of 
10
