Be it enacted by the legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated 
2 
from the Business and Commercial Properties Revolving Fund for operating expenses, 
3 
including wages of salaried employees of the Virgin Islands Department of Property and 
4 
Procurement and the Business and Commercial Properties Administration, for administering 
5 
the Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 as hereinafter 
6 
specified:
