1. Queston: Please note that in section E, item no. 7 is indicating to provide a cost 
for each line item. The package did not include a bid or pricing sheet. Please 
advise. 
Answer: The RFP does not have a bid sheet. You can create a bid sheet to include 
construction work. (ex. installation of doors, windows, paint per square foot, etc.). 
 
2. Question: Does the project have manual and construction drawings associated 
with RFP 2026-02-EZC? Are any specific procedures, portals, or requirements 
needed to obtain the files? 
Answer: There are no manual or construction drawings for this RFP.  No specific 
information needs to be obtained.
