three meetings,

we found

policy

to
the

we made

changes.

As regards
the
matter
of
a
publie
cis-
tern which subj2ct
13 now engaging much
general
attention
since
the
passage
by
the Colonial Council
of
an
appropriation
for
this
purpos2,
it
is
understood
that
the
Couneil
is
divided
in
its
opinion
as
to
whether
this
cistern
shall
be
erected
in
Christiansted
or
Frederik-
sted.
It
is
contemplated
that
each,
town
shall
have
one
but
the
money
budgetted
for
the
present
fiseal
year
will cover
the
expenses
of
one
so
that
