Mr.

ry tells
us of afig tree
in
his
possession
which has
brought
forth 3
bunches
ape.

we learn
this is
the first
case of the kind in
St.
Croix.
The
tree
can
be
inspected
on
the
land
of Mr.
Henry
who
will be
willing to
show
it
with the bunches
as they are
to all those
who
desire
seeing

Searifier
is now in working
order
having
passed
through
town
yesterday
on
its
way
to
‘Long Road’
where it is presumed
work
will be
started
rn
the
making
of
the
road.
This
machine
was
demonstrated
by
Mr. Rollins Brown in presence
of the
Public
Works Officer,
the
Chairman
of
the Road Commission,
the Street
Inspec-
tor, the Police Director and other specta-
tors.

work
