EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION



Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



The Contractor shall develop, host and support a State

Longitudinal Data System (“SLDS”), referred to as

the Virgin Islands Virtual Information System

(“VIVIS”) to provide usable, timely, accurate data

that is accessible to the Departments’ relevant

OTIS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS, INC. stakeholders and across other agencies of the

Government to capture a continuum of critical data

such as early warning indicators, inform instruction

and policy to improve educational standards so that

students successfully advance through _ their

educational careers to become productive citizens.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision in Paragraph 2, of PC093DOE13 as amended by

PC047DOET16, and subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, Notice is hereby

given that the Government of the U. S. Virgin Islands, Department of Education exercises its option to

renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period of June 6, 2017 to June 5, 2018

at a cost of Two Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents

($238,400.00).



All terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
