Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) The sum of $700,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending 
2 
September 30, 2023, from the General Fund of the Virgin Islands to the Caribbean Kidney 
3 
Center.

(b) 
The Caribbean Kidney Center is subject to the reporting requirements of 2 V.I.C. § 
5 
29.  The funds appropriated in subsection (a) may not be distributed prior to the submission of 
6 
invoices to the Office of Management and Budget.

(c) 
The sums appropriated in subsection (a) are available until expended.
