ORDER



WHEREAS, on November 3, 2015, the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation d/b/a Innovative

Telephone (hereinafter “Innovative Telephone”), Caribbean Communications Corporation d/b/a

Innovalive Cable TV St. Thomas-St. John (hereinafter “Innovative Cable STT-STJ) and St. Croix Cable

TV, Inc. d/b/a Innovative Cable TV St. Croix filed a Consolidated Application with the Virgin Islands

Public Services (hereinafler “Commission” or PSC”) seeking consent to transfer control of a public

utility and two cable television franchises; and



WHEREAS, on December 15, 2015, the Commission met in regular session at both its offices on

St. Croix and St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to establish a new docket,

Docket 653, and appoint Attorney Ronald W. Belfon as Hearing Examiner to preside over the

proceedings in the docket; and



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission ORDERS that Attorney Ronald W. Belfon is APPOINTED as

Hearing Examiner to preside over the procecdings in Docket 653.
