In collaboration with SOSE, develop procedures for

Satisfaction Survey" which will provide reliable 
estimates of the degree of parents' satisfaction with 
the Special Education Program and related services 
provided by Virgin Islands Department of Education 
as mandated by is mandated by the Individuals with 
Disabilities Education Act. 
Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Agreement No. G048DOET20 amended by Agreement No. 
G007DOET21 and subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given 
that the Government of the U.S. Virgin ls lands, Department of Education exercises its first option to renew 
and does hereby renew the aforementioned agreement for the period August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022, at 
the stipulated cost of Eighty-Four Thousand, Seven Hundred Eighty-nine Dollars and Forty-One Cents 
($84,789.41) 
All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect
