expensss,
and
render
such
reporis
as
may
be
requested
by the
Governor.

receive

cause
to

all persous
charged,
or hereafter
charged
or
con-

of an offense
against
the
laws in
force
in St.
Croix in nccordance with the

keep

persons
until discharged
