On May 20, 1993 we wrote to Attorney Carlos Colon in response to his letter of
May 19, 1993 regarding TElC's desire to install and sample two additional
monitoring wells at Four Winds Plaza. In that letter we requested certain informa-
tion which we will require to permit access to the property for the purposes
outlined to us. To date we have not received a response from your firm. As the
work is scheduled to begin on June 14,1993, please be advised that access will
not be permitted until the information we requested has been provided to us.
