Female Assaulted and Phone Damaged During DV Incident 
St. Thomas, USVI - On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at approximately 7:10 a.m., Mr. 
Adam Reeve, 41-years-old, turned himself into the Domestic Violence Unit to face charges 
of Assault in the Second Degree DV, Simple Assault DV, Destruction of Property DV and 
Disturbance of the Peace DV. The female victim reported that her boyfriend, Mr. Reeve, 
assaulted her and damaged her cell phone on Sunday, December 4, 2022, while in their 
residence. Mr. Reeve was advised of his rights, booked, processed, and turned over to the 
Bureau of Corrections pending his Advise of Rights Hearing.
