Notice is hereby given that there will be a Regular Meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services

Commission on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. at the PSC’s Conference Rooms located at No.

1003 Estate Ross, Suite 4 (Barbel Plaza), St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and No. 2 Estate Carlton,

Suite 2, Frederiksted, Croix U.S. Virgin Islands. This meeting is rescheduled from the previously

noticed meeting scheduled for July 8, 2025.



The Commission will conduct the meeting via Zoom Video Conference commencing at 3:30 p.m. with

invited agenda participants. The public is invited to observe the meeting in person or view it live on

YouTube, @virginislandspublicservice1965.
