Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning 
3 
designation of Plot No. 71 Consolidated Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin 
4 
Islands, consisting of approximately 9.99acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-6387-C014, dated 
5 
July 1, 2014, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-
6 
Medium Density).

This bill changes the zoning designation of Plot No. 71 Consolidated Estate Concordia,
