EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION



Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



MGT of America Consulting, LLC. The Government is in need of the services of a

Contractor to provide assistance to the GVI in



response to RFP-035-2014(P) to provide professional

services in the development of a comprehensive

government-wide Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and

indirect cost rate schedule for Fiscal Years 2016-2018

consistent with all the applicable federal OMB

circulars.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision, contract number above mentioned contract, and subject

to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government

of the U.S. Virgin Islands, (Office of Management and Budget) exercises its option to renew and

does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period __July 01, 2017

to __ June 30, 2018 , at the rate stipulated cost therein.



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and

effect.
