Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 22, section 403, subsection (c), is

amended by striking the first sentence and inserting “All members of the Commission shall 
3 
serve a term of two years.”
