In her capacities as Staff Attorney for the Judicial Council, Clerk of Courts, Appellate Public Defender, Deputy General Counsel, Assistant Attorney General, and Magistrate Judge, she has gained experience in all aspects of the legal profession with a record that reflects commitment to public service and the people of this Territory. Throughout Judge Velazquez’s career, she has demonstrated that she has strong work ethic, integrity, and an ability to remain impartial while performing calmly and professionally in the face of adversity.
