LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR ROACH ISSUES REMINDER OF 
PROPERTY TAX CREDITS DEADLINE  
Lieutenant Governor Tregenza A. Roach, Esq. reminds Virgin Islands property owners 
who have not previously applied for property tax credits, that the deadline to file for 
property tax credits against their 2019 property tax bills is Friday, March 1, 2019.   
Tax credits are available for General Homestead, Veterans, Seniors, Disabled, Class 1 
Inheritance, and Visitable Home. 
Applications for the tax credits can be found online at www.ltg.gov.vi and at the Office of 
the Lieutenant Governor, Tax Assessor Office.  For more information, call (340) 776-8505 
in St. Thomas, (340) 776-6737 in St. John, (340) 773-6449 in Christiansted or (340) 772-
