On August 5, 2019, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, the Division of Banking, 
Insurance, and Financial Regulation issued Bulletin 2019-09, which provided a current 
listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to Section 659, Title 22 of the Virgin 
Islands Code.   
 
The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletin 2019-09 to include the following
