Thank you for your invitation to participate in the upcoming hearing scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, 
10:00 AM at the Fritz E. Lawaetz Legislative Hall on St. Croix. I appreciate the Committee’s interest in the work 
of the Department of Property and Property and the opportunity to contribute to the discussion on the status and 
execution of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project.  
 
Regrettably, due to a prior commitment, I will not be able to attend the upcoming hearing. A project of this nature 
requires my direct participation, and as such, I am also not able to designate a representative to appear on my 
behalf. I look forward to subsequent discussions should the Committee schedule a future date on the matter.
