Restrictions: 
You are hereby restricted from catching baitfish Fry and 
Balahoo within 50 feet of the shoreline: except for Cow and 
Calf rocks. Authorized nets with minimum Mesh size of ¼ 
inch must be used. Under no circumstances is a seine 
allowed in the sanctuary.
