This Sunshine Act notice is being issued because a quorum of the Commission may attend the meeting. The agenda for the meeting includes: Remarks from Commissioners; a discussion of a recommendation of the Investor as Purchaser Subcommittee regarding electronic delivery of information to retail investors; a discussion regarding retail investor protections and transparency in municipal and corporate bond markets; a discussion regarding cybersecurity risk disclosures (which may include a recommendation of the Investor as Owner Subcommittee); a discussion regarding dual-class share structures (which may include a recommendation of the Investor as Owner Subcommittee); a discussion regarding retail investor disclosure: What works, what doesn’t, and best practices; subcommittee reports; and a nonpublic administrative work session during lunch.
