Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the use restriction in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 
2 
3, chapter 111, section 3087, subsection (a), the sum of $250,000 is appropriated in the fiscal 
3 
year ending September 30, 2024, from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund, to the Virgin 
4 
Islands Water and Power Authority, for the emergency restoration of electrical services in the 
5 
Bugby Hole and Spring Garden/Spring Gut areas on the island of St. Croix.

This bill appropriates the sum of $250,000 from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund
