Home, Inc., hereby submits this rezoning application for Parcel No. 9 A-6 Estate Nazareth, No. 1 
Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands, consisting of 17,424 U.S. sq. ft. or 
0.40 U.S. acres of improved land more-or-less for legislative approval.
DPP acquired the property pursuant to Act No. 8921. The intended purpose of this acquisition is 
to lease the premises to Nana B
zoning compliance, DPP is seeking to have the property rezoned from "R-1" (Residential-Low
Density) to "R-3" (Residential-Medium Density). DPP is currently processing the required
multi-year Lease Agreement with Nana
, Inc., for the above-referenced 
premises to be used as a 24/7 emergency placement group home for children ages zero through 
twelve years of age who are experiencing crisis situations and for other related support purposes.
To accommodate the intended use and maximize the utility of the property, rezoning is necessary.
