  23-Year-Old Man Arrested on Multiple Counts of DV Assault 
Charges 
Estate Contant, St. Thomas- On Wednesday, September 7, 2022, 23-year-old Bryan Christopher 
Jr., was placed under arrest and charged with Assault Second Degree (DV), Assault Third Degree 
(DV), Simple Assault (DV) and Disturbance of the Peace (DV), after he assaulted a former 
acquaintance by slapping, punching, and kicking her multiple times about the body causing injury.  
Investigation further revealed that Mr. Christopher choked the victim during the altercation and 
threatened her with a knife. While the victim attempted to flee Mr. Christopher struck her with a 
rock on her right shoulder. No bail was granted as per the order of the Court. Mr. Christopher was 
remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights Hearing. 
This case is presently under investigation by the Domestic Violence Bureau/CIB
