Answer:   No, the GVI will not disclose this information

Is there a file limit size for the email attachments that we should be aware of when submitting 
the proposal/attachments? 
 
Answer:  No there is no file limit size 
 
• 
We noted that the RFP requires 3 letters minimum (including a notarized written consent from 
the authorized representative which must include name; telephone number; and email address). 
Given the current COVID environment, is this requirement of notarized written consent(s) still 
required or can be waived? 
 
Answer:  This is still a requirement of the RFP.
