Islands Economic Development Authority’s Agro & Food Innovation Center 
 
The Governing Board voted (4 – 0) to:                                              
 
• Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate the purchase of 53 A&B King Street 
Frederiksted, St. Croix for the use of the VIEDA’s Agro & Food Innovation Center.
