Section 77.—The collector shall pre- pare, sign and deliver to the purchaser of any real property sold for nonpayment of taxes'a certificate of purchase, which shall contain the name and residence of such purchaser, the -date of the sale of said real property, the amount for which it is sold, a statement that said amount has been paid by the purchaser, the amount of taxes, penalties and costs, and such description of the property as is required in section 65 of this Ordinance, and the folio and volume wherein the property sold shall have been recorded, in case it has been so recorded. Section 78. —The owner of any real property hereafter sold for taxes, his heirs or assigns, or any person having 2 right cor interest therein, mav redeam the same within the perind of one year from date of the certificate of purchase by paying to the purchaser, his heirs or assigns, the full amount of the purchase money, with annual interest and at the rate of six percent, tozeth>r with all costs incurred and taxes due. NOTARY FEE. Upon payment of the said amounts, the vedemptioner shall be entitled to receive from purchaser, his heirs or assigns, the said certificate of purchase upon which shall be duiy endorsed before a notary public the receipt of the re. demption money, and - fee of fifty cents shall be paid by the redemptioner o the Notary Public. The receipt duly’en- dorsed upon the certificate of purchase shall operate as a release of all claim to title to the real property sold under or by virtue of any such sale for nonpayment of taxes. A Section 81.—Every piece of real pro- perty offered at public auction for the non-payment of taxes, and not sold for want of bids sufficient to cover all tax- es, penalties and costs thereon may be piarchased by the collector or agent for and in the name of the municipality at any sale after the first offering” of such property at public auction.
