in the

vessel
earrying
passengers
wiil be
board-
ed
by
an official
from
the
above
offices
when
the necessary
oata
will be
secured
to
be later transposed
to the
permanent
Immigration
Record.
Captains
of
ves-
sels
will not
be permit'ed
to land passen-
gers
until the
data for
this
record
have
been obtained,
Passengers
who
remain
ina
port
of
the
Virgin Islands
only during the
stay
of the ship, and who depart with it, need
not
be recorded.
