SECTION 1. FLORENCE LOUISE THOMAS POST OFFICE.

(a) DESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States

Postal Service located at 4500 Sunny Isle Shopping Cen-

ter in Christiansted, St. Croix, United States Virgin Is-

lands, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Florence 
7
Louise Thomas Post Office’’.
