Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9, section 502 is amended by striking

“, whether on public or private property,” and inserting “on public property”.”

This bill amends title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9, section 502 to clarify that the

provision applies exclusively to public property.
