SCHEDULING AND PROCEDURAL ORDER



This matter has been assigned to Docket 705.



The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC or Commission) has continued the formal

hearing on this matter to the Commission’s February 11, 2025, meeting. To conduct that



hearing, the following schedule and procedures will be followed:



1. The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) shall submit its brief

supporting reconsideration, including all direct testimony for all witnesses and exhibits,



no later than Monday, November 25, 2024, 5:00 p.m.



2. Commission staff shall file its response brief, including any direct testimony for all



witnesses and exhibits, no later than Monday, December 16, 2024, 5:00 p.m.



3. Rebuttal witnesses and exhibits, if any, shall be identified and filed no later than Friday,



January 3, 2025, 5:00 p.m.
