This is to certify that by a motion approved by the Board of Trustees

at its meeting on June 9, 1985, the sum of $185,000 is to be transferred from

‘the Board of Trustees Reserve to the unrestricted fund for the support of

current 1984-85 operations. This action is to be taken in the event the



College does not receive its Fourth Quarter appropriation allotment from



the Government of the Virgin Islands.
