Fugitive Arrested for Jumping Bail in Texas 
St. Thomas, USVI - On Thursday, July 27, 2023, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Henry Thomas 
Houston was taken into custody by the Criminal Investigation Bureau at the Bureau of 
Corrections after detectives received a warrant out of Travis County, Texas for the charges of 
Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear. 
Mr. Henry Thomas Houston, age 57, was arrested, booked, and processed. Bail was set in this 
matter at $75,000.00, as per the demanding jurisdiction.  
This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Any persons
