With reference
to
the
conduct
of the
marines
in
pubile
p'aces,
we consider
it
out of the
question
to
lay the nlame

grievances

have

Governor
who,
we
feel
sure,
is as
much

out and regrets
these ircidents
as the
ijured
parties
themselves.
We

drink in
violation
of the
prohibi-
tion law and
with the
knowledge,
by ex-
perience,
that
it
will lead
to
trouble.

persons
are
deliberately
selling
the safety
of their fellow citizens
for the
profit on

greg.

ought
to be ashiosd

violatior and shou'd

held

to
