Resolution 1901 (Bill No. 35-0002), adopting the Rules of the 35th 2 Legislature of the Virgin Islands, is amended in appendix A, titled Rules of the 35th Legislature 3 of the Virgin Islands, Rule 205 (a), by striking all the language therein and inserting new 4 language to read as follows: “The minority senators may form a minority caucus and elect one 5 member to serve as Minority Leader and shall notify the President in writing.” 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This Resolution amends Resolution 1901 (Bill No. 35-0002), adopting the Rules of the 8 35th Legislature of the Virgin Islands, in appendix A, titled Rules of the 35th Legislature of the 9 Virgin Islands, Rule 205 (a), by removing the provision that a Minority Caucus must consist 10 of not less than five Senators. 11 BR23-0344/February 17, 2023/HLF/Revised by YLT 12
