Re: Multi Year Lease Agreement Between GVI and

Commercial Investments, LLC



Dear Senate President Potter:



Transmitted herewith for ratification by the Thirty-Sixth Legislature, in accordance with the

provisions of Title 31, Section 205, subsection (c), Virgin Islands Code, is the Multi-Year Lease

Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, acting through its Commissioner of the

Department of Property and Procurement and Commercial Investments, LLC.



The agreement is to lease the following property:



Parcel No. 30 Submarine Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas,

United States Virgin Islands, consisting of a one (1) story building residing

on approximately 17,396 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.399 U.S. acres of improved land,

which is zoned I-2 for “Light Industry”



Under the terms of the multi-year Lease, the Lessee shall renovate and repurpose an

undermaintained building into an upgraded logistics and distribution center and other related purposed.
