Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the use restriction of title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 
2 
3, chapter 111, section 3087, subsection (a), the sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal 
3 
year ending September 30, 2024, from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin 
4 
Islands Department of Public Works, for emergency grass and bush cutting on the island of St. 
5 
Croix.
