Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the 
2 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Roy L. Schneider Hospital and Medical 
3 
Center in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, to purchase medical supplies and hire 
4 
additional staff for the Dialysis Unit.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill appropriates $300,000 in emergency supplemental funding from the General 
7 
Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Roy Lester Schneider 
8 
Hospital and Medical Center to provide emergency supplemental funding to purchase medical 
9 
supplies and hire additional staff for the Dialysis Unit.
