Executed Warrant Led to a Recovered Firearm  
and the Arrest of Two Individuals  
St. Croix, USVI - On December 29, 2022, at approximately 4:21 p.m. during the execution 
of a telephonic warrant in reference to the investigation of a homicide that occurred on 
December 28,2022, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau 
and the Special Operation Bureau K-9 Unit traveled to #17 East Street, Christiansted, St. 
Croix where the premises was secured and subsequently the telephonic warrant was executed. 
During the search of #17 East Street a loaded firearm was recovered and secured for further 
comparison. 
Both adults in the dwelling denied knowing anything about the firearm and both were 
arrested and charged with Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm. 
The warrant was signed by the Honorable Jessica Gallivan of the Virgin Islands Superior 
Court. 
Bond was set at $50,000.00 as per chart for each. Mrs. Deseree Maria Rodriquez, 52-years-
old and Mr. Renaldo Lewis Santos, 42-years-old were unable to post bond and was 
transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending their Advised of Right Hearing.
