ORDER



WHEREAS, on March 6, 2013, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter

“Commission” or “PSC”) prepared the Telecommunications Relay Service (hereinafter “TRS”)

Application for renewal of current certification in territory of the Virgin Islands pursuant to the rules

and procedures set forth by the Federal Communications Commission (hereinafter “FCC”) with the

assistance of the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation (hereinafter “VITELCO”); and



WHEREAS, on March 26, 2013, the Commission met in public session in the Commission’s

offices on both St. Thomas and St. Croix; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to approve VITELCO’s

Petition for Renewal of Certification of TRS in the United States Virgin Islands and direct that the

appropriate filing be made with the FCC; and



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission hereby ORDERS:



1. That VITELCO’s Petition for Renewal of Certification of TRS in the United States

Virgin Islands is APPROVED.



2. That the appropriate filing be made with the FCC.
