INVITATION TO EXHIBIT 
The GIS Conference Committee would like to invite your agency or company to 
exhibit at the fifth annual GIS Conference. This year, we have structured an 
exciting conference with topics on GIS spatial data infrastructure, GIS Project 
Updates, sustainable physical and economic development, GIS on-line mapping and 
much more.  The conference will feature a large exhibit area where various 
agencies and companies with GIS related technologies will display their products 
and services.    
As an exhibitor, your agency can be a part of the GIS conference and share your 
application and services with attendees.   
The exhibit hours will extend over a three-day period beginning November 18th.  
There is no exhibit fee, but participants are encouraged to become a sponsor of 
the conference.  A table and two chairs will be provided for your use.  Set up for 
exhibitors will be Tuesday, November 17th and breakdown on Friday, November 
20st. The exhibit should include brochures, newsletters, posters, etc. and all other 
information on your organization that best capture the focus of your programs or 
projects. 
Please join us!  Complete and return the attached exhibitor registration form before 
November 1, 2009.  All representatives must be registered for the conference.
