Temporary Interruption to Vaccination Services at  
the St. Thomas Maternal, Child Health (MCH) Clinic 
 
St. Croix, US Virgin Islands — Commissioner Justa Encarnacion advises the public in the St. 
Thomas/St. John District that the vaccination services provided at the Maternal, Child Health 
(MCH) Clinic in the Elanco Building across from the Nisky Center will not be available on Friday, 
August 26, 2022. Routine vaccination services will resume on Monday, August 29, 2022.  
 
The Department apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary closure may create for MCH 
clients and thanks them for their understanding.
