December 17 U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS—Governor Albert Bryan Jr., this week, issued a proclamation designating government holidays and providing for Administrative Leave during the Christmas Festival Season 2019-2020. Christmas Holidays & Leave Proclamation Administrative leave is granted for non-essential government employees and does not apply to essential employees, employees on a regular or rotating shift, and employees on annual or sick leave.
