   26-Year-Old Man Dies in Late Night 2- Car Crash on Veterans Drive            
 
Charlotte Amalie St. Thomas - On Friday, October 07, 2022, the 911 Emergency Call Center 
reported an auto collision at 11:54p.m., on Veterans Drive, in the vicinity of  Moe’s Fresh Market. 
Preliminary investigation revealed a black sedan was traveling eastward in the left lane and a white 
SUV was traveling in the same area in the right lane, when both vehicles collided and the black sedan 
flipping on its top. 
 The Driver in the black sedan succumbed to his injuries sustained in the crash, and the passenger was 
transported to Schneider Regional Center for treatment and remains in stable condition. The deceased 
was identified by next of kin as Keonae A. Turnbull, 26-years-old. Investigation is ongoing by the 
Traffic Investigation Bureau.
