Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $400,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending

September 30, 2026, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands to the Election 
3 
System of the Virgin Islands, for the 2026 election operations.

(b) 
The funds appropriated in subsection (a) remain available until expended.
