1. Question: Item No. 03 on the bid sheet. Should the removal of oxidation and repainting of shutter

hardware be done in place, or should the shutter hardware be removed from the shutters to

perform the repairs?



ar It is the choice of the Contractor whether the removal of oxidation and repainting of

shutter hardware is done in place or not.



2. Question: Item No. 13 on the bid sheet references a drawing for ADA bathroom renovation. No

such drawing was provided.



Remove item No. 13 from construction document.



3. Question: Bid sheet items 15 & 16 call for No. 3 bars on 12" on center each way for the concrete

slab, but the drawing shows 6x6 welded wire mesh. Which is correct?



6 x 6-6/6 welded wire mesh shall be used in the concrete slab and not No. 3 bars at 12”
